The Project

Designing for Queen Creek's warmth and family life.

The main design challenge was building a home that fit Queen Creek, Arizona itself — a layout that made warm-weather outdoor living as central as the interior, while still giving the family quiet, separated space for rest and study.

Our 3D floor plan creator worked from the client's brief to lay out a ground floor built for entertaining and heat relief, and an upper floor built around three ensuite bedrooms, a shared kitchen and living space, and a balcony that connects several rooms.

Beyond Queen Creek

The same floor plan process carries across residential and multi-family typologies — including apartment and tower unit layouts, and our recent 3D floor plan design work in Meridian, Idaho.

"The pool wasn't decoration — it was relief from a Queen Creek summer, and the plan needed to show that."
