05 The Project

From 2D drawing to an approvable layout.

Our Denton client needed a commercial building's floor plans turned into something a tenant, investor or approval board could actually read at a glance — an open-plan office layout, a healthcare facility floor plan, and a data-storage room with workstation seating. 2D plans could communicate square footage, but not how staff or patients would actually move through the space.

Yantram Studio delivered a 3D office floor plan, a hospital layout, a data-storage and workstation commercial layout, and a cut-section interactive 3D floor plan that lets a viewer see through the building's levels at once — used across leasing decks, approval submissions and marketing.

The Approach

Working from the client's 2D architectural drawings and space program, our team modelled the office floor's desks and meeting rooms, the healthcare facility's clinical zones, and the data-storage room's server and workstation layout — then built a cut-section view tying the whole building together in one interactive 3D floor plan.

Why It Matters in Denton

Denton's commercial and institutional growth means leasing, healthcare and data-facility decisions are increasingly made from a plan before a space is fit out. A clear 3D commercial floor plan lets a Denton developer, healthcare operator or facilities team show layout, flow and capacity with far more clarity than a 2D blueprint alone.

"A flat drawing couldn't show how staff would actually move through the space. The 3D floor plan could."

08 Questions

Everything about this commercial 3D floor plan service

01How does a 3D floor plan help approve a Denton commercial building?+

It turns a flat, hard-to-read 2D blueprint into a dimensionally accurate, furnished layout a client, tenant or approval board can actually picture using — office desks, clinical zones or server rows, and how people move between them. That clarity speeds up sign-off before a space is built out.

02What's a cut-section interactive 3D floor plan?+

It's a 3D floor plan sliced through the building's front elevation, so a viewer can see through multiple rooms or levels at once — useful for showing how a commercial building's layout connects, floor to floor.

03What commercial building types can you cover?+

Office and workplace layouts, healthcare facilities, data-storage and server rooms with workstation seating, and mixed-use commercial buildings — any commercial floor plan, converted from your 2D drawings.

04How long does a project like this take?+

First draft within 48 hours of receiving your 2D drawings or CAD files. A full commercial floor plan package typically takes 3-6 business days depending on scope, with rush turnaround available.

05What files do you need to start?+

2D architectural drawings, CAD files, space program or room dimensions, and any furniture, fixture or branding preferences. Early-stage drawings are enough to begin.

06What software do you use?+

3ds Max for modelling, V-Ray for photorealistic lighting and materials, AutoCAD for accuracy, and Photoshop for finishing.

07Do you work outside Denton and Texas?+

Yes — across the USA, UK, UAE, Canada and Australia, through a fully remote workflow via email, WhatsApp and online collaboration.
